Brian Christopher Young Jr.

Brian Christopher Young, Jr. was born to the union of Ella (Terry) Sidney and Brian Christopher Young, Sr. on January 29, 1982, during the memorable snowstorm of 1982. Brian attended Hickman High School in Columbia, Missouri, later earning his GED. He went on to achieve an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts from Columbia, Missouri, and further honed his skills at GAF Roofing Academy, launching a successful career in carpentry.

Brian was known for his quick wit and comedic spirit, bringing laughter and joy wherever he went. His competitive nature and unyielding ambition drove him to excel in everything he pursued, whether academics, sports, or his career. He never

turned down a challenge. Brian had a deep love for baseball and basketball, passionately supporting the Saint Louis Cardinals and the Chicago Bulls. His interests extended beyond his work; he had a special passion for dogs, particularly his beloved companions, Certified and Clyde. He also enjoyed playing pool.

Brian departed this world on December 12, 2024. He is survived by his devoted parents, Ella Sidney and Brian Young, Sr. (Cynthia); his cherished daughter, Amya Young; and his loving siblings, Ebony Burnett, Claudias Burnett, LaShelle Young, and James Sr.
