Darrell Dee

Darrell Dee finished his journey on January 19, 2025, after a long and courageous battle with illness. He was born on March 5,1962 in St. Louis, Mo. to parents Aubrey Dee and Curtis Washington (Cigar). He was a proud resident of the City of St Louis his whole life. He attended McKinley High School and obtained various vocational certifications throughout his career. He worked for the St. Louis Board of Education for over 20 years with other jobs to follow.

Darrell lived a full life. He had a big heart and a great sense of humour. He enjoyed roller skating, barbequing for gatherings of family and friends, collecting movies, dancing and taking family photos. He was a loving and devoted son, father and brother. He was " Uncle Darrell "and a loyal friend to many.

He is survived by his children Darell Wallace and Natasha L. Marbley, his beloved grandchildren, his siblings Aubrey J. Gallagher, Kenneth Dee, Brenda D. Rice, Carolyn D. Roston, Anita C. Young, as well as a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends whom he loved. Darrell was a powerful and loving soul who will be dearly missed.
